This role leads the vision, product planning, product management and go-to-market strategies for our Cash Management services and digital platforms.The Senior Product Manager and Head of Cash Management Products must have exceptional problem-solving skills, be an effective communicator that uses his/her abilities to successfully collaborate with others, able to lead and influence product conversations, build consensus among a wide range of internal and external business partners, and instill commitment from direct reports to deliver high performance results towards the development and execution of enhanced product offerings.This role requires a high level of curiosity, willingness to question the status quo and passion for results. It is a hands-on product management position that works across the entire product lifecycle from product-market fit, customer experience design, implementation, go-to-market delivery and post launch support. In this position, you will:Define and execute the product and service strategy to enable sustained profitable growth of the Treasury/Cash Management Services Monitors industry trends and performs ongoing market research and analysis to define current and prospective customer needs Responsible for continuously assessing competitive position, identifying competitive gaps and defining an execution strategy to address such gaps including ownership of the product roadmap Lead the end-to-end product development process from ideation to launch by collaborating with internal project stakeholders across sales, marketing, credit, legal, finance, compliance, operations and executive management Manages pricing for Treasury Management products including ECR rate management for Analyzed Accounts. Establish the price offered to customers, any discounted or exception pricing parameters, billing options, collection options and methods, and all other activities relative to the billing of and collection from customers. Manage the collection of revenues associated with the products and services offered through Analyzed Commercial Deposits & Treasury Management. Responsible for the continuous development and optimization of the Treasury/Cash Management Services digital platforms Responsible for ensuring compliance, operational risk controls are satisfactory and in accordance with regulatory standards and policies Identify and deploy tactics aimed at expanding clients' share of wallet by identifying and executing on cross selling opportunities across all Treasury Management services. Perform User Acceptance Testing as needed and manage special projects including developing custom client solutions Serve as subject matter expert for sales representatives to help review client needs, formulate (and sometimes present) recommendations and proposals, assist in implementation and serve as liaison with internal and external. Track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to continuously improve product's performance and profitability. In partnership with Marketing, develop and execute marketing plans for products under management. Direct supervisory responsibility of product manager(s) including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance. To be considered, you will need:Bachelor's degree required or equivalent required coupled with a minimum of 7-10 years of treasury/cash management industry related experience in Product Management. MBA or relevant post-graduate degree preferred but not required. Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) as awarded by the Association for Financial Professionals Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) as awarded by the National Automated Clearing House Association is also preferred Deep understanding of commercial and business treasury operations, cash flow management and general financial accounting as well as payable, receivables and fraud prevention needs and market solutions Proven experience with Design Thinking/Human Centered Design product development methodologies Proven experience with agile product management and writing user stories Solid understanding of digital and/or self-service platforms Strategic thinker with deep understanding of industry dynamics and competitive landscape. Strong conceptual thinking skills with an ability to proactively problem solve, recommend solutions and intuitively prioritize business issues in a matrixed organization. Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and foster collaboration and influence others. Microsoft office suite with marked proficiency using PowerPoint and Excel.
