The Topps Direct-to-Consumer & North America Sports & Entertainment team is looking for a Mobile E-commerce Manager to manage our new Topps On Demand App. This app will be the destination for all of On Demand products such as: Topps Now, Custom Cards, Garbage Pail Kids Stickers, Throwback Thursday, and Wall Art. As the Mobile E-commerce Manager you will be responsible for the creating the design brief for the app, managing the app launch, daily performance, patches and updates, content, and sales on the app. You will work with a team of Business leaders, Developers, Designers, Marketers, Customer Service Reps, Vendors, and Financial Analysts to build the user base for the App and grow the Average Revenue Per Daily Active User (ARPDAU). WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR Mobile shopping experience. You have experience working in a mobile shopping environment. You have experience overseeing the development of an app and managing the daily performance. Technology savvy. You need to be comfortable using different apps and understand best practices for user experience to ensure Daily Active Users (DAU) & Average Revenue Per Daily Active User (ARPDAU) are growing each week. Exceptional Project Management skills. You can create timelines for the rollout of new updates and patches to the software with our developers. You will also ensure that projects are completed on time and to spec. Creativity. You have an open mind and a willingness to explore new and different initiatives. You are comfortable with taking risks and testing new approaches. You are developing ideas that will lead to positive business results. Entrepreneurial spirit. You are passionate about your work and building something that thrives in todays marketplace WHAT YOULL BE DOING Launching the app Create a design brief that details the ideal user experience and features of the app Manage the app design & development team to ensure that the app is built to spec on time and tested thoroughly Work with the development team to integrate the backend of the app into Magento Consumer Engagement. Sending targeted, real-time notifications to users Creating a community where users enjoy interacting with each other Geo-targeting sports fans Manage the user engagement cycle to ensure that we are growing our installs each month leading to higher DAU and ARPDAU Creating Content. Generate new content based on the new product launches and what is occurring in the sports and pop culture world on a daily basis. Managing updates and patches. Working with the development team to recommend updates and improvements to the app. Managing the project timelines of the updates. Interfacing with Mobile Gaming and ecommerce team. Communicate with the ecommerce and mobile gaming team to be aware of new product launches and initiatives to allow you to offer the best content and experience to the on Demand app users. 5 years of experience with Mobile Shopping Apps
